After a period of testing we are pleased to announce the launch of our new web based project collaboration service. Powered by Basecamp, our clients can now log in to this from our homepage and track the progress of their projects. It gives the ability for everyone working an the project to communicate, assign to-dos and deadlines and share all the files associated with the job. We can include as many people as necessary from multiple organisations to be involved in a project and even offer a collaborative writing service that enables many people to share the creation/editing of written content, saving many one-on-one phone calls and emails.

Of course this means that we have to be a lot more organised (which is always good!) and it means that our clients are kept right up to date with their projects in a way that would not be possible otherwise. It’s just another way that we can work openly and communicate effectively so that your project runs as smoothly as it possibly can.

Although we will initially be using this service on our larger projects where collaboration is beneficial, in time, as our capacity increases we will introduce the service to smaller jobs also.
