We hate being lied to and we believe that our customers and suppliers hate it too. We aim to be honest in our communication with everyone we work with; no promises of a cheque in the post if it's not. We want to know that we don't have to worry about being caught in a lie.
We take pride in fulfilling a promise; our word is very important to us and so if we say we can do it we will do it. Sometimes this means that we put in the extra hours at the end of a deadline, or even do an all-nighter if other work got in the way, but we'll do it (if we said we would).
We know that everyone loves getting extra value and so our ethos is to work harder for our customers than they expect us to whenever possible. It's obvious really; it keeps our customers coming back and makes us feel good.
We know that business can be cut-throat and the line between black and white can be fairly grey. In areas of moral decision we endeavour to act in accordance with our own values of integrity and honour. This may lose us some business deals in the long run but we don't mind.
We believe that family is more important than work and so we work hard to create a culture amongst our team that supports this. We don't push our people beyond the limit and believe that our team will give better results when they are leading a balanced life outside of work. We want our business to achieve much and we want our team to be successful in life.
Hey, we love what we do and we don't want to work in an office where we can't enjoy ourselves. We know that if we create an atmosphere that our team can feel comfortable and creative in then this benefits our customers.
We want to be a company that thinks about things other than profit margin and turnover. As well as donating time to pro bono work we aim to use some of our profit every year to benefit our local community. If we have a good year we want to pass it on, pay it forward, spread the wealth. Check our news items for details of what this looks like.
