Rich joined us in February. Having originally qualified in industrial design Rich has thrown himself into our little design world but is thoroughly enjoying the excitement and variety of work. Despite trying to impress when he first joined Rich didn't. Coming in early he puts the coffee on for everyone except it takes a few sips to realise it is coffee. This he needs to work on.

Rich's name is fairly simple but Matt struggles with the concept of the person sitting at the desk across from him being called Rich, so Matt has resorted to calling him Nick. Anyway, Nick Rich or Rich Nick (if only) doesn't seem to mind and has brought a broader taste in music to the office – though it's worryingly beyond his years.
