Our digital print products are produced by a large format solvent machine and a UV dye based indoor machine with various in house finishing. This gives us endless possibilities of printing up to 1370 mm wide on various printed materials and products. If you require something a little wider than this, we have great partnerships with our suppliers to produce this at great rates.

Digital Print

Solvent printer
Our large format solvent machine operates at 720 dpi and prints up to 1370 mm wide to produce fully UV stable high quality prints for interior and exterior use. This machine also has a huge range of media available.

UV dye based printer
Our UV dye based machine produces photo like quality prints which are fully UV stable for interior use up to a metre wide. This machine is used mainly on paper media and to produce roller banners and pop ups. Its greatest asset is its speed and quality, being able to produce upto 1000 dpi prints.

Decal Cut

On all our vinyl products we offer a decal cut service (max. width 1350mm). For information on how to set your artwork up for decal cut please refer to our artwork guide. If you prefer us to set this up for you there will be a small charge, depending on the complexity of the job.

Cut Vinyl

We carry a range of cut vinyl from 610mm to 1220mm.

Lamination

We offer a full range of laminates to suit a variety of uses including fully conformable, scratch resistant and standard matt or gloss. Lamination helps to protect your print from unwanted scratches and increases the life of the print. We can laminate in widths up to 1370mm.

Laying up

As well as lamination we can lay up onto virtually any type of substrate. Either specify it when you order or supply your own material and we will do the rest. (For materials not shown on the calculator please ring the office).
