Thank you so much. We have outlined some typical next steps for you below, along with what we might need. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
1 - We will get the project set up on our system and assign a project manager who will be in touch to get things moving.
2 - As you are a new customer we will invoice 30% of the project up front, with the balance being paid upon satisfactory completion. Please email us if this will be problematic or if you require us to use purchase order numbers.
The project will then usually flow like this (web or design only projects may look different):
1. The project manager will contact you to say 'hi' and discuss your project and delivery dates
2. You send us any information that we need
3. Designs are completed and sent for your feedback/approval
4. The project moves into production (changes from here may have cost implications)
5. We install or deliver your project
6. We complete any final snags and sign off
